About Guest Housing

Visiting Gainesville?

Whether you are a visiting professor or lecturer for a department here on campus, completing rotational programs for your higher degree, visiting us from abroad and working for the University, or are affiliated with a campus organization, we can assist in providing lodging for your stay!

We offer a limited number of fully furnished apartments across the main University of Florida campus. We have two bedroom and one bedroom apartments. Apartments can be reserved for stays of a minimum of three nights to a maximum of six months.

Eligibility

Guest Apartments are available for individuals and small groups year-round that are affiliated with the University of Florida. This can include students from other institutions working on advanced degrees, visiting lecturers and professors, graduate interns or other similar parties.

The Guest Apartments cannot be utilized by undergraduate students, University of Florida students or associated parties.

Rates & Inclusions

All billing will be addressed to the main guest as indicated on the online reservation form.

Services included in the nightly rate:

  • All utilities
  • Internet
  • Cable and flat-screen TV
  • Telephone (local calls only)
  • Kitchen supplies (cooking utensils, pots, pans, dishware, flatware, etc.)
  • Bed and Bath linen (linen laundering once per week)
    • Smaller appliances like hair dryers, flat irons and other bathroom related toilitries must be provided by the guests themselvs, if needed

Mail Services Notice

Please note: Mail services are not included and any mail received will be returned to sender. Guests are encouraged to establish a P.O. box or request that their mail be received at their UF program location, if studying or working on campus.
